What is your return policy?
If you're not happy, we're not happy! At OFabz, we aim to please, so if you're not completely pleased with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better! Here are the OFabz rules when it comes to returning or exchanging.

All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.

All swimwear must have original hygienic liner still attached.

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
How does your sizing run?
We want to make sure you choose the suit that fits you perfectly so we sell all swimwear in separates. Here is an outline of how our sizing runs on tops and bottoms. We’d be happy to answer any of your sizing questions through the contact us page too!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We want to share peace, love, and OFabz all over the world. Keep in mind internationally shipping is just a bit more expensive and might also take a bit longer to get your OFabz goodies to you.
How much will it cost to ship to my country?
It’s easy to calculate your shipping cost! Once you have an item in your shopping bag, click “Buy”, and you will see the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” calculator at the bottom of the page. Just select your country and calculate your approximate postage cost. These shipping rates are based on the carriers’ standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order.
How can I be featured on the OFabz site?
Just send us a picture in your favorite OFabz suit or wearing daisy chain headband and you might just see yourself on the OFabz site next time you visit! We want to see your style so creativity counts!

Why don’t I get OFabz emails?
We like to keep in touch with our community, so we send our members emails about fun features, contests, and sales, in addition to other news and important order info. We also take care to respond to every customer email that we receive. So, if you’ve joined OFabz but aren’t receiving these emails, or if you’re simply having trouble communicating with us, we’re sorry!
